No. Kindred AI is not a care provider and is not CQC-registered. We only list and match providers that are themselves CQC-registered and in good standing, and we always show their current rating.
How much does it cost?+
Families can use the core navigation for free. Many people get full access through their employer as a staff benefit — verify your work email or enter an invite code to unlock it. A direct premium tier is also available.
What is the Kith Score™?+
It's an explainable 0–100 score of how well a provider fits your family's cultural, religious, dietary, language, carer-gender and clinical needs — with the matched attributes and the gaps shown for every match.
Is the funding guidance financial advice?+
No — it's information and signposting only, never regulated financial advice. Anything high-stakes (funding, NHS Continuing Healthcare, a recommendation) can be sent to a Kindred care expert for review before you act.
How is my family's data protected?+
Health and religion are special-category data, collected only with your explicit consent, stored securely with UK data residency, access-controlled and fully audit-logged. You can withdraw consent or request erasure at any time.
Which languages are supported?+
English today, with the interface structured for Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali — and matching that prioritises carers who speak your parent's first language.
